What areas do you service?
Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, the Gold Coast and Ipswich, from a depot at Cornubia in Logan. Each area has its own page listing the suburbs on our regular runs. If your site sits between them, ask. We cover the gaps between the routes.
What does commercial sweeping cost?
It depends on six things: area, frequency, access window, surface, debris type and the machine required. We do not publish a rate card because the same square metre can cost twice as much on a night shift as on a scheduled weekday run. The site walk and quote are free — our cost guide explains every variable.
Do I need sweeping or scrubbing?
Sweep loose material, scrub bonded material. Dust, grit, sand and packaging sit on the surface and belong in a sweeper hopper; tyre marks, oil film and traffic grime are stuck to it and need water, detergent and brush pressure. Most sites need both, sweeping first.
How often should our site be cleaned?
Frequency follows traffic, not floor area. Busy distribution centres and retail car parks need weekly attention; lower-traffic warehouses run fortnightly or monthly; construction access during earthworks needs daily sweeping. See the frequency guide.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Nights, early mornings before trade and weekends are routine, and on retail and warehouse sites they are the only practical window. Daytime access is the cheapest option where your site can allow it.
Who owns Contract Sweeping?
Mark Scull, who has more than 30 years in commercial and industrial cleaning. He walks most new sites himself, so the quote comes from someone who has cleaned a site like yours. More about the business. We carry public liability and workers compensation insurance, our operators are site inducted, and certificates of currency come back the same day you ask.
How quickly can you quote?
We aim to walk the site within a few days of your call and have the written quote back within one business day of the walk. Logan and Brisbane move fastest, because the depot is in Logan.
