Distribution warehouses
Sealed concrete in a DC picks up tyre rubber and pallet grit faster than anything else on site. We sweep the aisles, then scrub the main runs and dock aprons so the floor stops shedding dust back into the racking.
Most of the floors we clean in Brisbane sit in the southern and western industrial belt — Wacol, Richlands, Acacia Ridge, Rocklea and Darra — where distribution sheds, transport yards and food manufacturers share the same few arterial roads. Grit tracked in off those roads is the single biggest source of the dust film that settles on racking and product.
North of the river the work changes character. Eagle Farm, Pinkenba and the TradeCoast precinct have more open hardstand, more container movement and more wind-blown debris, while the inner-city fringe is mostly multi-storey car parks with tight ramps and low headroom. We match the machine to the site rather than sending the same truck everywhere.

Leaf litter, oil drip and silt in the gutters of inner-Brisbane car parks. A sweeper handles the decks and ramps; pressure cleaning deals with the lift lobbies and bin bays no machine can reach.
Manufacturing floors on the south side, where the audit trail matters as much as the finish. We work to a written scope, record completion for every visit, and keep operators inducted to your site requirements.
These are the areas we're in most weeks. Because Brisbane's industrial estates cluster tightly, adding a site next door to an existing job costs very little.
Not on the list? Ask anyway — most sites fall on an existing run.
Yes — most of our Brisbane DC work happens between shift changes or over the weekend. We'll plan the pass order with your supervisor so the machine and the forklifts are never in the same aisle.
We sweep privately managed car parks, estate roads and public-facing hardstand. For council-owned roadways, tell us who holds the contract and we'll confirm what we can take on before quoting.
We're based at Cornubia, roughly 35 minutes from the CBD outside peak. Scheduled work is booked in advance; for a one-off — a spill, an inspection, a handover — call and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable that week.
We'll walk the site with you, measure the areas and quote it properly. The assessment is free and you are under no obligation.
